My Metadata Link is Broken... Boo Hoo - What Shall I Do?

Step One:   Determine if it is an external or internal metadata URL.

How?  There are two options:
Option 1:
Open the metadata from the TOC and hover your mouse over the full metadata link.
If it starts with the URL that is the same as your ERMA site, it is an internal metadata link.
If not, it is an external metadata link.   For example:

Option 2:
Edit the layer and examine the metadata source in the Layer Record form

Step 2:
If it is an external link, track down the data source provider and find an updated link that works.
If it is an internal link, contact the ERMA devs to investigate.
